Dr Mir has been my doctor for a number of years and has seen me through 2 post natal psychosis and has been providing on going care. He has been professional and understanding for all the time I have been under his care. He has gone out of his way to ensure that I am seen every appointment and has been receptive to a changes in treatment that I needed.

A very understanding, caring and reassuring Doctor. Very clear in his advice. He gave me confidence that he could get me better, which he did in a very short space of time.

Dr Mir is supportive and knowledgeable. He has a quiet, thoughtful and unrushed manner which makes him very approachable, ultimately resulting in a productive appointment. For us, this meant he was able to provide a very helpful and constructive medication review/plan. Dr Mir's willingness to arrange a consultation at short notice was especially appreciated. Immediately after the appointment we needed him to help with an administrative difficulty concerning another healthcare provider's ability to follow his recommendations; he provided swift and effective communication to all parties to resolve the problem.

Dr Mir supported my wife throughout her pregnancy. He explained the risks and possible outcomes leading up to the birth. When she had a rare medical condition that was not related to her mental illness, he and his team regularly visited her on the ward at Jessops to ensure her mental health remained good.

Dr Mir saw my son who had been experiencing a number of issues with regards to his mental health for many years but particularly over the last 6 months. My son finds it difficult to talk to people but Dr Mir put him at ease and questioned him gently and thoroughly to ensure he fully understood my son's issues and concerns upon which he gave his diagnosis. After many years 'in limbo' my son finally has a diagnosis and an action plan which is now being followed through by our GP.
